Where do you ship to ?
We currently ship throughout Ireland. We will be shipping to Europe and beyond very soon - sign up to our newsletter to keep updated.
How much does shipping cost ?
Standard Delivery (2-3 business days) - €4.95
Express Delivery (1-2 business days) - €7.95
Free Standard Delivery on all orders over €200
How long will my order take to arrive ?
Standard Delivery - 2-3 business days
Express Delivery - 1-2 business days.
All orders are dispacted the next working day after your order is placed.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders are dispatched via An Post. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.
Orders cannot be amended once placed. For address changes or cancellations, please contact hello@elephantwaves.com immediately.
Changes or cancellations cannot be processed after dispatch.
What is your returns policy?
We want you to love your product, however if you are not completely satisfied you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or store credit.
All items must be returned in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and hygiene liners intact. We are unable to accept returns on items that do not meet these conditions.
Customers are responsible for their own return postage.
Returns are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt, following inspection. Delays may occur during peak periods. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or do not meet our return criteria.
How long does a refund take ?
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our returns conditions, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
